Sour Pickle Brine

OlyKraut Sour Pickles are a seasonal offering that we sell in bulk, on a stick, and in jars at the end of summer, fall, and winter. These pickles are crunchy, garlicky, and loaded with dill. We ferment them until they are mouth wateringly sour and sure to satisfy the pickle connoisseurs of the Pacific Northwest. Pickles with probiotics, does it get any better?

What is BRINE?

Brine is a delicious tonic containing a huge dose of probiotics, lactic acid, vitamins and minerals from the vegetables as well as salt (also known as electrolytes.)  The brine comes from the unpasteurized sauerkraut, which means it’s naturally fermented as well!  We like to drink an ounce or two daily as a tonic, with a meal or cocktail, or after working out.
