Original Brine
Original Brine comes from our Original sauerkraut, which means it's naturally fermented and unpasteurized as well! OlyKraut uses locally-sourced, pristine ingredients and traditional preservation techniques to craft raw sauerkrauts, pickles, and sipping brines in Olympia, WA. We like to drink a straight shot, mix an ounce or two with water for a recovery drink, or even use it as a mixer in a cocktail!
What is BRINE?
Brine is a delicious tonic containing a huge dose of probiotics, lactic acid, vitamins and minerals from the vegetables as well as salt (also known as electrolytes.) The brine comes from the unpasteurized sauerkraut, which means it’s naturally fermented as well! We like to drink an ounce or two daily as a tonic, with a meal or cocktail, or after working out.
