Kombucha Vinegar







Our Cucumber Lemon Balm Kombucha Vinegar is made from a brew of green tea, flavored with fresh cucumber and lemon balm. It is then fermented over several months to make a bright, delicately flavored vinegar with a clean finish. Cucumber Lemon Balm Kombucha Vinegar pairs well with shellfish, especially with oysters, as a light salad dressing, or added to a summer spritzer.

Our Smoked Kombucha Vinegar is made from a strong brew of Assam tea and Lapsang Souchong, a smoked black tea. It is then fermented over several months to make an acidic but bright vinegar with deep, smokey notes that remind us of Scotch. Smoked Kombucha Vinegar pairs well with meats, seafood and cheeses and adds a depth of flavor to salad dressings.

Note: This is a raw food; it is not heat treated or pasteurized. While it is shelf-stable, it is normal to see some particulate in the vinegar - this is just the live culture continuing to grow.
