Spicy Garlic

Spicy Garlic Gourmet Sauerkraut utilizes the immune-boosting spices of garlic, ginger, and chiles and is very inspired by Korean kimchi. We use shredded green cabbage which makes it more sauerkrautlike in consistency, and some pretty spicy chiles so it really has a kick!

What Is Brine?
